RM17 is a Venezuelan integrated services company for the energy and industrial sectors, built on a team with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects and multidisciplinary maintenance for the national oil industry.

We operate under current best practices and standards, optimizing resources to deliver verifiable results — with a footprint across the three blocks of the Orinoco Oil Belt and the Upgrading & Refining Division.
